Note From Jen
“Therapy allows us to take the time and space to reflect on our lives, goals, behaviors, and thoughts. Finding a safe space to engage in this self-reflection exercise allows us to identify areas for growth, improvement, and healing. I feel so privileged to be able to work with such a variety of individuals seeking personal growth and insight, and I am committed to the process of story sharing, connection, and unconditional positive regard. We are all resilient, beautiful, and unique individuals walking this life.”
